I'm unable to receive or make phone calls, internet is still working, if you dial my phone number from another phone it rings but the house phone doesn't! When you pick up to dial out there is no tone. Has my landline gone digital without being informed?

Good day
i have had no phone dial tone since fhe storms it seems, but my broadband works fine, we have a prefiltered master socket - so no seperate microfilter, how do i get a sky technician out to test the socket.?
The phone LCD stated no phone signal detected.
The broadband checker states no issues , so suspect the master socket

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@msanghera you'll need to report it to Sky. They'll run some line tests to identify the source of the problem. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat tomorrow, if you wish.

@Mark39 thanks for the quick reply, yes please ask the sky team to contact me, the chatbot seems to revert to broadband checks only within the landline help options.
Thanking you kindly
Manny

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@msanghera OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging tomorrow. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
