Not receiving incoming calls on landlie

Hi,I switched my landine phone and broadband to Sky Gigafast on 09 Sept and I haven't been able to receive any incoming calls since then.

I have contacted Sky and after several phone calls and different steps they've asked me to wait 30 days(from install date) as the switch is showing "in progress" they can't do anything else from their end.

I've switched phone and broadband quite a few times over the years but have never been without a service for 30 days seems odd.

@steforst previous posts indicate that occasionally full landline activation is protracted. Hopefully it will complete before the full 30 days.

You might want to check that the number assigned to your line is what you're expecting. If you dial 17070 the recorded message will give you the number.
