Not receiving calls and not able to call on land phone
My land phone displayng a message '' Check Phone Line''. I am not able to call or receiving a call. I have checked the line connection and it seems this is ok inside my house. This is happening for more than 10 days.

Are you new to Sky, or have you made any recent changes to your subscription package? Or has it been working ok and this is 'out of the blue'?

Not new to sky (10 years customer) and not changed anything. I want a solution ASAP.

The quickest way to report it is to use your mobile to give Sky a call.
