Not Talk. No light on VOIP

Hi

I'm on Broadband (superfast one)  and Talk but the VOIP light has yet to turn on.

Ive ran the troubleshoot guide and sent screenshots online 4 to 5 days ago.

How long does it take to hear back on the issues, normally?

Need the phone working as I'm now working from home.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Been checking periodically. No chat bubble popping yet.

Is it a Monday to Friday thing?

Can you try a different browser @CoastalSoul as it should be there for you at the bottom of this page.

Tried Chrome and Firefox. Im bubbleless, sorry.

Chrome, Firefox and now installed Edge.

Nothing showing in terms of a chat bubble.

@CoastalSoul the bubble would have gone by now, as it's only active for 48 hours.

 

I've re-escalated it, so keep an eye out again. Hopefully it will appear this time!

Do the chats disappear the next day?

I got into chat then was put over to an Ireland Rep.

Entered my details requested. No reply. Had to log out - real life things to do.

 

Logged in again today to see if there was any update this morning- and the chat has gone.

The conversation does get closed if there is no reply after the close time for the evening which is 4.30pm for our ROI team.

The chat did come up earlier Lisa. I initiated it but nooone has entered chat.

Its nearly 4.30pm so I'm afraid it hasnt been successful.

Do we try again tomorrow or is there a ROI number I can use to chat to one of the sky team?
