Hi, I have had no ring tone and not receiving incoming calls for some time. Have tried a different phone. Broadband is fine. Can I get my line tested please (only person who calls on landline is the mother in law but still should get it sorted!)

Hi, I have been a sky customer for a few years and landline was working fine. Stopped working a few weeks back but thought it might fix itself

Hi, not sure - on BT it is simple, you just text your phone number to them and they test the line. Not sure how it works with Sky - I assume they would escalate based on this discussion. Will see if there is a reply tomorrow, thanks for responding
