No phone service

We joined sky on the 28/9/23 

The package was for sky broadband sky TV and sky phone but as yet we have still not been connected. We requested to keep the phone number we already had  but unfortunately this has not happened as we have not been connected  we really need to keep our phone number 

please advise

Two separate issues there: non-activation of the phone service is a fault to be logged with Sky, but retaining a number appears to be not possible in all cases.

@Moniemo is your phone plugged into your Sky Hub? It's unlikely to work from a wall socket.
