No phone service; No voice light

Signed up to Sky Fibre broadband last month and ever since it was installed, there's been no phone service. I am in Ireland.

 

There's no voice light on the Sky Hub. I have the black sky hub and the phone connection is going into the Italia/ROI socket on the hub.

I tried resetting but still no voice light or phone service. What can I do.

Turn off both the ONT and your Hub for an hour and see if that prompts the Voice LED to illuminate.

OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. As you're a Sky Ireland customer you may be handed off to the Ireland team.

 

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
