Buzzing of the landline of an elderly relative in a different county .She is with Sky we are not.
My mother who is 88 and has hearing problems and uses a landline is reporting buzzing on the phone and we are aware of this when she rings. We are with Virgin but my mother is with Sky so any attempt by me to ring Sky is met with no account or line found and the call ended.
I have my Mum's account number etc .Outreach apparently told Mum's neighbour that the complaint has to go through Sky first .
How do I sort this problem out as obviously the phone is very important to her.Is there a way of contacting sky and speaking to someone even when you are not with them ? Thank you .

Perhaps you, another relative, friend or neighbour could help your Mum.
If she has health issues that affect her ability to communicate, it may be worth her registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at the related links here… ~

Also… does she use a hearing aid? Could that be causing the issue?
