No phone connection

Anyone noticing how this site is **bleep**?, my phone line is down and they put you through Sky’s Virtual Assistant which doesnt help, then say please call this number... err my phone line isnt working. THEN they put you through this blog so other customers can help saving them the bother. This is apalling!. How am i meant to get through customer assist when my phone is down?
