Like everyone else, just had fast fibre fitted and can no longer make outgoing calls on my phone. Tried ringing sky and virtual assistant, and have gone round in circles so many times but got no answer. Have switched off hub and reconnected, unplugged phone and reconnected , but still no outgoing calss

It can take a day or so for the Talk service to fully activate. If it's still the same by the end of tomorrow try restarting your Hub by switching it off at the plug for a minute (an hour if it's the white Hub). If that doesn't coax it into life, I'd suggest reporting the problem to Sky.
