No landline

City Fibre installed fibre broadband last week..

I NOW CANNOT USE MY LANDLINE OR TECEIVE CALLS! PLEASE SORT IT OUT .. When Y ring home fromy mobile it rings on my mobile number nothing on my landline phone.

How long will it take to fix my landline .. I take patients to hospital appointments and need my landline urgently!!??

Can you confirm your landline phone is now plugged into the appropriate slot in the hub and not an old style phone socket?
