No landline service

Hi,

We have no landline access to our house, the broadband is working fine but no access to the landlie, the telephone reports cable error, I have changed various phones, cables etc via the microfilter and directly into the socket but the fault remains, I would like to get this issue fixed as soon as possible please as this is my main contact point.

@IanAtHorburyDid this just happen out of the blue or have you just joined Sky or upgrade your package with Sky?

The same thing has just happened to me after upgrading my broadband package from an older one to the sky essentials broadband. I have a good internet connection but no landline.

any ideas plaese?

I have an engineer coming out but am sure its from changing my package?

@OwenFranz does your Sky broadband Hub have a 'Voice' light and is it lit? If so, is your phone plugged into the Hub? It won't work in the wall socket.

My telephone line is not working so I'm with out my landline.I need a landline cause my husband is I'll .

@Elizabeth1031 welcome to this Community of customers. It's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post here. Can you give us some background details? Are you new to Sky? Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now? Can you neither make nor receive calls? Is there a dial tone? Do you have internet calls (where your phone plugs into your Sky broadband Hub) or standard calls (where you phone plugs into a wall socket)?
