How can I talk to a real person

They have screwed up by putting me on a different sky talk when I moved house without telling me and its cost me about £150 extra this month alone. I've tried phoning several different numbers, which they are probably charging me for, and can't get past the automated system. Just keep trying to get mwe o download an app which I cant as I have no signal where I live. I just need to speak to someone to resolve this.

Your post isn't very clear. Sounds like you're on the default Sky Pay As You Talk tariff whereby all calls are chargeable except freephone numbers and calls to Sky.

 

Call Customer Services on 150 free from your landline to discuss changing it. All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
