I want to report a fault with my landline phone connection as I have been unable to make or or receive calls for nearly a fortnight.
I have carried out all the required tests re phoneline socket & trying another landline phone intead etc. & it all suggests a fault in the line.
My Sky Broadband & WiFi are thankfully working fine.
The only option given by Sky on their website to report any fault is by phoning them, but I don't have a mobile phone, & just rely on the landline phone as I am housebound the majority of time with restricted mobility etc.
Is there any way I can message them online to report the fault & ask them to please check out the landline for me, to see if they can rectify the issue themselves & if not to arrange a house call for further investigation?
Unfortunately it can take me a long time to deal with things due to longterm health issues.
Any positive help/advice would be grately received, but please forgive me if I can't always respond straight away.
Thank You 🙂

If you have health issues that might affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at the related links here… ~
