Hi,
For a week now i havent had a reliable landline and now there is no dial tone at all again. I have been through all of the checks online. I havent recently upgraded or changed provider and the voice light on my hub isnt on.
Please may you send an engineer, my neighbour had the same problem and his provider ,BT , fixed it immediately but said they couldnt help me as i was with Sky .

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

I have received a text from Openreach, do you know how long i will have to wait for an engineer eg tomorrow, this week or next ? I have been without a landline for a week already and would really appreciate it working again asap

I am still without a landline. My beighbour who is with BT had his fixed last week. Please may you send an engineer. Thank you
