I,ve just received a text message from a friend to say that she thinks our landline isn't working as it's saying the number is temporarily unavailable. I've tried to unplug and plug the phone in to the micro filter , I've unplugged the micro filter and plugged the phone directly into the socket and also changed the batteries in the phone, but there is no dialling tone at all. I've also tried to call the phone from 2 different mobiles and am getting the same message. Can anyone help please? Thanks 🙂

@speder28greenCan I ask have you recently joined sky from a previous provider? The reason I ask is because this was exactly the same that happened to myself after joining sky from bt. sky sent an engineer out and it turns out my provider i left transfered BB but claimed "Part of the order got stuck"!! when in fact they were just being awkward and soon as bt were contacted my phone worked instantly.
