Has any one phone line stop working my phone

Hi my phone line does seam to be working in or out and no ring tone on my phone check everything  first still no joy

@Mel0420 assuming you have not recently changed products with Sky call them and report the fault. If you have had a change check that your phone line hasn't changed to be provided via the Sky hub rather than the old phone sockets. If your hub is of the upright type with 4 leds your phone plugs into the back.

@Mel0420Also as i recently found out seemingly there is no dialing tone when plugged in to the router.
