Hi my phone line does seam to be working in or out and no ring tone on my phone check everything first still no joy

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mel0420 assuming you have not recently changed products with Sky call them and report the fault. If you have had a change check that your phone line hasn't changed to be provided via the Sky hub rather than the old phone sockets. If your hub is of the upright type with 4 leds your phone plugs into the back.

@Mel0420Also as i recently found out seemingly there is no dialing tone when plugged in to the router.
