Had full fibre fitted a week ago and still can't receive incoming calls

Have you checked to see if your number has changed? If you dial 17070 the recorded message will give you your current number. Have you reported the problem to Sky?

Hi Mark tried calling that number just ringing out, I have reported it to Sky via their online site get back to me within 72hs
