No dial tone

We recently changed to skyQ and now have no dialling tone so can't make or receive calls

Are you able to trace the Sky+ phone cable back to your main phone socket and unplug it? I

Did you upgrade from Sky+ and was your Sky+ box connected to the phone line? Did the two coincide precisely? That's the only possible connection I can see with you upgrading to Sky Q and the phone problem.

Yes we changed from sky +. And it was connected to the phone line. What can be done do I need to contact sky?
