My sky home phone has no dial tone my broadband is working ....the display on my home phone says check line

Hey no it's not a new order or anything my line has just stopped working.....just trying to get through to report it now

I'm having the same problem can't receive or make calls like yours it says check phone line have you had any luck 🤔

I managed to finally get through to sky and the line test had showed a outside line fault hope that helps

Sky say the same and are on the case. In theory, the problem should be sorted within two working days.
