First noticed last night about 10pm and still same now. No dial tone on the landlines and no Internet connection on the router. Router is powered and WiFi connection is working.
Possibly due to roadworks going on in the area which are connecting a new nearby building to power, phones, etc.
Have gone through every step regarding resetting router, checking connections, etc. Doesn't seem to be an outage in the area as far as I can tell.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Thanks for the response.
Earlier on that couldn't run a test, presumably because of the lack of any phone line connection. It just said the service wasn't available and to try again later.
Just now it's saying that the test service is not available again unfortunately.
