I've had sky broadband and sky talk since March 2023, my broadband works fine i never intended using sky talk until the other day, so i ordered a new phone I've plugged it in and there's no dial tone. If you call my sky talk phone number it rings on the the handset your calling it from, but not on the landline in the house. It's plugged directly into the open reach box which has a double socket for phone and broadband. Any advice what the issue may be please.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your broadband Hub has an indicator labelled 'Voice' on the front panel, and it's lit, you need to plug your phone into the socket at the back of the Hub. It won't work from a wall socket.
