I have no incoming calls or outgoing calls on my SkyTalk service, the phone line is dead
Tried all the options provided by Sky, same deal nothing works. Tried plugging a phone into the socket bypassing the filter nothing works.
The broadband connection is still working this is how I managed to post this post..
Could do with a Sky employee to book a BT Engineer to visit the property to fix the fault.
Please advise...

Find out moreHas this issue just started @Kevan+Craft so you have made no changes to your broadband service. the reason I ask is that for some now the connection has to be plugged into the back of the router. If you are one of these that needs to do this you will see a voice light on your hub that is lit up so have you go this ?

The SkyTalk service I use is the older service using a router not a hub.. The broadband is transfered down the phone line so this has not changed. The service remains how it was before, its just stopped working no phone signal comng in and no signal going out in fact the phone is dead, no dial tone..

The phone service uses BT phone lines and does not use a router or hub. The Sky router I have is for the broadband internet only. I also have Sky+ TV

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Open Reach sending BT Engineer the fault appears outside the property.
