Hi,
I've got ultrafast broadband with voice/calls but I've had no phone line for 3 days now.
I've rebooted the router several times with no joy - broadband connection is fine but despite unplugging & rebooting all equipment, the orange voice light remains on & there's a message on my phone saying 'check phone line'.
I've run the broadband test tool & the results say that everything looks good. I've only been with Sky 2 months & this has been an ongoing feature (although this is the longest period) & is really annoying!!
Can anyone suggest a fix?

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

The fault was resolved yesterday - I responded to the text message received. I didn't receive a chat notification from here though?
