No Incoming or Outgoing Calls on Sky Landline

Hoping someone can help.   Someone alerted me today  that they  could not contact me on landline,  got the message 'The number you have dialled cannot accept this call'

On checking the landline phone I get a dial tone then immediately a repeated 3 tone beep

I have checked the wiring to the phone and cable plugged in to back of hub,  unplugged phone and router

Checked service status and says all good

We had service installed back in March and had been working fine

@Lollyo welcome to this customer Community 🙂 Just so you know, it's unlikely that Sky will reply directly to your post here, but we'll try to help.

You've tried the usual checks, so it's probably best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here (tomorrow) so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

@Lollyo OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging tomorrow. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close.
