No Home phone

Since changing my Sky plan, and having a new hub, I no longer have the use of my Home phone. Why is this and what can be done about it. The Home phone is needed when a Hospital call may be made

@PaulQ2 what plan did you change from/to? It may have involved you being switched from standard calls, where your phone plugs into a wall socket, to Internet calls, where your phone plugs into the socket at the rear of your broadband Hub.

 

Have you tried plugging your phone into your Hub?
