No Dial Tone
I thought I had issues with my landline handset so purchased a new one, but it turns out its the line, I have braodband and seems unaffected by the no dial tone fault on the landline.... How do I go about raising a fault I just keep going round in circles with the online help and virtual bot?

PS I have tested the phones on another landline and they are working as normal!

Have you changed your broadband package recently or has the fault just started out of the blue ?

Line was crackling for a while before but put that down to the phone, then in the last week thought the phone was not working, but definately the line... no changes only satelitte wise but phone has worked since that happened just before the summer!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
