New cordless phones cut out when chatting connect to Sky router any help would be appreciated
Advised by a sky operative to purchase cordless phones. As the main phone will connect into th sky Q box not the old phone line in wall.
did this but the phones cut out about a minute when I am on them. Can anyone help me 🙏

If a standard, corded phone doesn't cut out when plugged into your broadband Hub, I would say there's a fault with your new cordless phones.
If a corded phone does cut out in the same way, it looks like there's a fault with your phone service that you would need to report to Sky.
