New Internet landline always engaged
Just switched to Sky broadband and talk with Internet phone line. Broadband is fine but incoming calls get the engaged tone. Outgoing calls ok. Set up is OK and I've followed the troubleshooting guide. Help!

@johnleigh99 Where is your phone plugged into and how many lights do you have on your router?

The phone is plugged into the grey UK phone socket in the back of the hub. There are 4 green lights

@johnleigh99Have you tried to re-start the router and see if the phone starts working.

Yes I've restarted the router. I've been through all of Sky's suggestions

@johnleigh99 As you can make outgoing calls just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts and stay on the line to speak an advisor.
