Just switched to Sky broadband and talk with Internet phone line. Broadband is fine but incoming calls get the engaged tone. Outgoing calls ok. Set up is OK and I've followed the troubleshooting guide. Help!

The phone is plugged into the grey UK phone socket in the back of the hub. There are 4 green lights

Yes I've restarted the router. I've been through all of Sky's suggestions

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@johnleigh99 As you can make outgoing calls just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts and stay on the line to speak an advisor.
