I switched to Sky 4 days ago and was assured that I could use my landline with my existing number. I came to use my landline yesterday but it's not working. I've plugged it directly into the hub and can't make wireless calls either. I've tried making a call on my new Sky mobile and guess what - no mobile signal either. Sky's live chat doesn't seem to be working and am completely stuck. I have a 90 year old disabled lady in the house who needs contact with local doctors and hospital/emergency services and I need contact with two local hospitals because six months go I had a serious life-changing limb injury and am having ongoing treatment in two hospitals. I really don't know what to do.

We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish?

@Mark39 Thank you, that worked in terms of being able to make a call wirelessly so I've reported the landline problem. Thank you for your help.
