My land line does not work

This service is (Removed). We have had no land line for well over a year. and trying to deal with this on line is nothing short of (Removed) useless. As soon as I can get to a Sky shop I will cancel all accounts unless this is dealt with within 24 hours

If you're planning to cancel anyway, I assume there's not much point in the Community trying to help. 

 

If, on the other hand, you do want to fix it, tell us the history and background to the issue and we'll try to help.
