My SkyTalk Is Not Working

I have tried to use my house phone but i have had no succession. i have been contacted by several family members and told that the line just goes dead. i really need some help, as i am paying for this feature but getting no usage of it. Thank You.

Just so you know, we're mainly customers here, but we'll be able to help.

 

Are you new to Sky Talk/Broadband, or have you recently changed your broadband package?

 

Or has your phone been working  OK and suddenly stopped 'out of the blue'?

New to sky broadband and talk,  everything working OK but not my landline no dialling tone nothing have checked wiring and unplugged and switched everything off but still no dialling tone.

@Connorjames  Have you checked if there is a voice light on the hub?  If yes is your phone plugged into the hub?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
