If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start

I am without my phone line working. I have not been able to use the phone as this is the only line I have. I havew a Broadbad talk package.

It is a sheer waste of time tryong to get your message through. The phone line is dead. What is Sky doing about it?

i have reported the problem but  there is nothing that anyone has been able to do  something about  it. My telephe line which  is a part of the the Broadband Package but the calls are not included. The telephone ine is dead and I cannot use it. Evry contact I have           has this       landline number. I hope Sky can look at my account and do something with the fault.

@Khawar54 so what did Sly say when you reported it? What's the background? Are you new to SkyBroadband/Talk?
