My Parents keep getting bombarded with spam calls

I've come Home for the weekend, and the Landline's never stopped ringing all afternoon.

My Parents have gone shopping, and have told me not to answer the phone.

If they were to contact Sky about the constant spam calls, would they do anything?

@MrRichAllen1976 I imagine they would advise your parents to set up the Sky Talk Shield. It's free, and if you turn on call screening it will intercept unknown callers and require them to say who they are. The Shield will then alert your parents to who's calling and give them the opportunity to accept or reject the call. 

In my experience most spammers and cold callers just give up when the call is intercepted so your parents wouldn't even know they had been called.

I know about the Shield as I had it on my own Landline at the Flat due to an annoying amount of spam calls.
