I want to get a sky broadband and sky mobile phone package to go with my sky glass air contract. I'm currently with Vodafone broadband and mobile phone. My phone contract runs out in January 2026. My broadband contract is finished and I'm currently paying month to month. I don't want to stay with Vodafone as they are becoming too expensive. I've already researched sky mobile phone deals and they're much cheaper for the phone I want. Do sky do a all inclusive package for phone, broadband and TV? I've tried direct messaging on Facebook but I get in the replies is "how can I help you today". I've made 3 attempts so far. I'm guessing that it's a bot and not a real person. Obviously if I can't any help to do this, then I will have to look elsewhere. I'm hard of hearing, so using a phone to chat might be a bit difficult. Anyway I will appreciate any ideas or help with what I'm trying to do.
