Moving Master Socket

We've recently moved home and we need to move the BT/Openreach master socket.  BT dont want to talk to us as our new landline number is not registered with them.  Anyone know how we get the issue resolved?  Thanks.

Assuming Sky is your broadband/phone provider it's they that you need to speak to.

Just dial 150 from your Sky landline as you have to arrange this through your provider. I think there may be a charge.
