Mobile networks cannot connect to landline.

Since my mother upgraded her broadband 4 weeks ago, her landline has not worked properly, after many calls withh Sky and failed promised call backs at the point of cancelling. At the moment, some mobile networks simply cannot connect to her landline. All wiring has been checked and broadband works fine on laptop, ipad and TV.
