If you are a new Sky Broadband & Talk customer it is quite normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Private/Direct Messaging is switched off

@rong is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Has it ever worked correctly following the switch to Superfast? If you have a black broadband Hub, is the Voice LED on the front panel illuminated? Amber or green?

@rong you mean the phone isn't plugged into your broadband Hub? If there are four green lights at the front of your Hub, then your phone needs to be plugged into the socket on the Hub's rear panel. It won't work from a wall socket.
