Mobile callers cannot hear me answer the call

Whenever a mobile phone caller rings my landline they cannot hear us answer the call its just silent at their end. My mam and I both have sky landlines and we are finding all mobile callers have the same issue when they are ringing us. Initially I thought it was an issue with the mobile but it seems to be an issue with sky landlines as we both get out our landlines from sky - The mobile users trying to ring us are on various networks

As you can make calls then all you can do is to report this to Sky on the free 150 number so they can pass this onto other teams to investigate for you.
