My phone master socket is in my bedroom, I don’t have any sockets elsewhere, BT advise I need to contact Sky, is this something Sky can move for me so I don't have internet box or house phone connected right next to where I sleep, it's disturbing my baby who is in the room with me. I asked the engineer back when I first had sky installed and was told this couldn't be done by Sky, BT say it is arranged by service providers. I'm frustrated I can't have this arranged. I'm in a one level flat and ridiculously I have to have a booster box in my hall (in between my bedroom and living room) because of signal issues which would be resolved by a better placement of master socket.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYes, if you give Sky a call, they'll be able to arrange for the master socket to be relocated.
