Looking to get a master socket relocated as current one nowhere near a power supply however being told by Sky that the booking system they use with openreach is down and has been for months. Anyone else having this issue?

Have tried a couple of times now, told the same think unfortunately although I will try again today

The advisor I spoke to today was a little more helpful. He advised that Openreach have suspneded relocations of master sockets on SOGEA (Single Order Generic Ethernet Access) phone lines. A qucik google and seems this is a dedicated Broadband line and the phone will now work via internet only as Openreach are phasing out the copper network and traditional telephone line.
