Master 5C Socket - Line Cord Error
Hello - I am looking for some help please.
my phone handset is showing the message Line cord error and I dont have a dialling tone. My broadband/wifi isnt affected.

@Penny+Martin Have you recently upgraded broadband? Was the phone line working previously?
Does your hub have a voice light on it? If so have you plugged your phone into the back of the hub.

@GD1 thank you for your reply. No we haven't upgraded our broadband and the phone hasnt been working for a couple of weeks now. We hadnt noticed it as we dont use it for calls etc. We haven't touch the hub and up until a number of weeks ago it was fine. I am at work at the moment so can't check the light situation

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
