Making calls issue

I can't make calls from landline, got the dial tone, can receive calls fine, broadband is ok, don't use it for calls though,tried a new phone still the same, on the display says" line in use"

Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start
