Since yesterday I have been unable to make outgoing calls - I can still receive calls
I have rebooted the router and checked that the correct lights are on
How can I get technical help please?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly
there is just a hum ( that seems to get louder) and eventually I just hear "bib bib bib"

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am 90 cannot use my landline. Do not fully understand what you are saying. Would it please be possible for someone to phone me on My mobile or even better fora technician to visit me (removed) ,
it is dangerous e for 2 people over90 to be without a landline .
