Loose Wire

Hello, In December last year a telephone wire became loose outside my flat and the metal bit that attaches the wire to the wall is hitting my window. I've phoned sky & openreach numerous times about this. Apparently it has been reported and I get told Openreach will contact me but I've had nothing it's now August!! now when I phone up they told me I can deal with it online and end the call which isn't helpful at all! Can someone give me some actual advise that is NOT to phone sky and report it. Thanks

Unfortunately in the absence of an actual broadband or voice fault I suspect it's unlikely they'll do anything: you probably shouldn't have been advised otherwise.
