Landline number change
I was assured that my landline number would be unchanged, but it has.
I have spent hours on the phone (mobile) trying to either haveing my old number back or cancelling the landline part of the package.
The last Lady I spoke to suggested I speak to my old providor.

You should speak to Sky if you wnat to keep your existing landline number, id recommend calling them again and chaisng up for an upstae as it acn take a while as it did in my case, if theres still no luck then id advsie you raise a complaint.

@GAT1 the way Sky normally fix this, is to cancel your broadband/landline service and carry out the transfer from Vodafone a second time, hopefully this time bringing your old number with it. It means being without a broadband service for about a week. It sounds like the adviser(s) you spoke to wasn't aware of this. There's no point speaking to Vodafone as the transfer of your phone number is Sky's responsibility, not theirs.
You can't cancel your Sky landline without also cancelling broadband - they're bundled together.
