We have had no Talk service since mid August due to Openreach cable theft, the fix time is mid October. Local MP involved but no urgency from Openreach, whole village is off.
I'm trying to get Sky to apply call diversion from our landline to a mobile but they won't - clearly I can't do it.
Has anyone managed to get them to do this?
Thanks
Terry

Access to Sky is via the call centres, but you could raise a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

What reason have they given? While only Sky can activate the divert service, I suspect the call centres simply don't have the ability to set up a call diversion on your line. Can't rather than won't.

No reason. Said I could do it by dialling a code then the number for diversion which is not possible when you have no service! Considering the time when you might most need this is in a situation we are currently in, it would be helpful if they could apply it. Other operators have done.
Is there an executive support group for Talk?
Thanks
