Local call charges

Why have I been charged £13 for a 57 minute local call?

@Jer+c  If you were charged £13 it sounds like you either don't have a calls package & have Pay as You Talk, or you called outside the  terms of that calls package.

Even if you called within a talk package calls longer then 1 hour are chaegeable

Which Sky Talk package are you on? What time of day did you make the call? Was it definitely a 01, 02 or 03 number?

I am on pay as you go, the call was a local call at approx 2pm

I've had to reject your image as it contains your account number. Charges are 22p per minute on that tariff I believe so that sounds about right.

Yes, by my calculation too, the charge is correct.
