Line cord

My landlines aren't working and are saying "please check the line cord". I have 3 cordless phones and the same message is on each one. The internet / wifi is working fine. Just the phone lines aren't working showing this message. I've followed trouble shooting and turned off and on again etc. I don't have another phone to try. Any advice or do I just need to ring Sky?

@Overendsue  If you are able to call Sky it would be faster than having to wait till tomorrow for the fault to be raised by escalation.

I've just been able to try calling but it was all automated and I couldn't get through to a person

@OverendsueIf you have not been able to get through on the automated system. You can try first thing in the morning otherwise the forum can escalate this for you, but this will not be picked up till the morning now.
