Line cord error

Hi I have been having a " line cord error" message for at least 2 weeks now. Tried everything , even trying a different phone and still get this message. Can someone help? Thank you

Try running a line test. If an outside fault is disclosed it should allow you to organise an engineers visit and save you calling Sky.

Spoke with @VR2020 line checks found external fault, openreach booked in to resolve issue
